What Is Performance Management?
Performance Management means different things to different people. At Four Quarters Consulting we believe that Performance Management is about confirming company objectives and metrics as well as measuring improvements. Nothing new here. But our focus will go to the word Management – as only a consistent approach and positive culture will achieve results.
Our Approach
Using already established organisation objectives, we ask people in all layers in the organisation how these objectives are to be achieved by their daily activities.
We subsequently map the company objectives to any existing projects and processes and will visualise the relationship. In discussion with the team we will determine which elements add value and then adapt current or establish new measurements.
We Use Logic and Language Everyone Understands
In this example process A does not contribute to any of the Company Objectives and hence the need for the process/project should be reviewed.
