We Assess If Projects Meet Company Targets
Many projects or even programs of work, are started without checking if the intended result has a positive impact on one or more company targets. Or even if there is a clear end result defined. We utilise our experience to understand the projects’ objectives and directly map stated advantages to company targets.
Our Main Focus
We tackle these projects by utilising either a bottom-up approach or top down review.
This exercise is aimed at understanding the project deliverables in relation to current company objectives and will highlight if there is a relationship, and if so, will provide a narrative.
Cost / benefit analyses that have been done by the organisation will be reviewed and compared to alternatives.
The outcome of this exercise should support management in deciding if this project is contributing significantly to the current company objectives.

We are not telling people what to do. We believe knowledge present in the company just needs to find ways to be exploited the right way.
So we provide tools and thoughts, in a logical and structured way, to assess if current or planned projects do indeed provide the benefits promised at kick-off. Mostly they do, if they don’t we will tell you.
